Hot is only good when you're kickin' it in the lake, or ocean. Otherwise you can't do anything but lay around and not stick to everything.

Please explain.

What I think he meant by that is, the human body can tolerate extreme weather conditions, but it's not comfortable.

For me, I HATE humid weather. I don't like hot weather very much either, but when it's humid, I get cranky. Give me 65-70 degrees F sunny and I'm happy.

Well, what I meant was that humans can't tolerate extreme differences in temperature in the way that other mammals can. We have to put on and take off clothes, at least.

That's very subjective. Some animals such as fish can be very sensitive to temperature changes.

Watch "I shouldn't be alive" or the movie "touching the void" and you'll see what the human body can handle!

Man, most of you guys would love where I live then, perpetual fall, 55 degrees and overcast 8 months out of the year, then 2 months of 60 degrees and overcast for springtime, then 2 months of 70 degrees and overcast for summer.

I actually have a fire burning in the fireplace, as it's cold out.

Behold the power of western washington, home of the blahhhhh.
