Agree, its not as ballsy as the OBX and so on but its waaaay more flexible in terms of different sounds. Not for everyone though... but yep my fav synth I have.... very individual and while not as fat as other analogues its still fat as hell.. I'd liken it to the minimoog v voyager debate... the voyager is way more than the minimoog but doesn't quite have the mini's basic sound. Yet the mini is extremely limited in actuality... hence why many players didn't use it much (e.g. Joe Zawinul said he used the Arp2600 because it had more sounds than the moog which he sid always sounded like a moog no matter what he did..)...
