The $4.25 price is in Jacksonville, Decatur, Champaign, and others. I am in Springfield and was lucky to fill up at 3.09. Just and FYI....... They are always adjusting the prices throughout the day for no apparent reason. Surely, tons of people think the price is determined in real time by the price of oil.
