Members Themetallikid Posted September 21, 2006 Members Share Posted September 21, 2006 Hey all I've got an old ampeg 4x12 cabinet that was given to me, that needs some TLC. I'm replacing just about everything on it. well everything except the frame itself. I'm getting two v30's not sure about the other speakers to compliment I'm going to replace the tolex with the black fuzzy kinda stuff. Replace the corners with some newer chromed corners replace or build a custom grill with our band logo chromed in the center replace the casters replace the back plate to run it stereo/mono replace the handles if possible... do you guys have any website recommendations to check on these parts??? Members Themetallikid Posted September 21, 2006 Author Members Share Posted September 21, 2006 Thanks...I forgot I already ordered the backplate, which kinda pisses me off cause its an ampeg cab so I was thinking I hsould put an Ampeg replacement plate in there, but the one I got was a marshall one...oh well....
