Members mrcpro
Sweet! Makes sense to me. They're half the price and patch storage really isn't important on a synth this simple.
Members gilwe
Yep ! The Juno's are live tweakers really. I use it mostly for arpeggios, and almost never used the patch memories anyway on this synth. This particular one is really mint ! Almost as mint as my (sold) Juno 60 ! Members Chando
The 3 Juno 60's I've played... have all sounded the same. The 3 Juno 6's I've played... sounded totally different. I have no idea why. ALL ARE GOOD.
Members gilwe
I had about four different JX8P synths which sounded all different ! The best sounding one was busted and had severe power issues I guess this is mainly due to using parts from different manufacturers, in different eras
Members Chando
weird.. the best Juno-6 I heard was totally messed up too,, .. played 100% fine. Just some power issues in the past. Left a nice scar?? I've only played on one JX-8P. Great synth to always come back to, but I always end up neglecting it... Great for bass despite what others say.. Members gilwe
The JX8P are very unique synthesizers, doing really great fat analog pads and brasses, but it seems there's always better synths to do that type of sounds around. I bought and sold JX8P's about 3 or 4 times... I always missed it and got one back
