I have no idea, but still giving my input. In sonar use some option to determinate what midi command affects the sliders. In PC361 go to setup mode and sliders page, put the same values in this page. AAND done. Alternatively; just input the default slider midi channel values of PC3 into the sonar as controllers of faders (Data, 13,23 etc. They are written below the sliders) and just use any patch in program mode in the PC3.
