I have no idea why...

It uses a battery, no AC adapter...

Is it possible that like... nearby powerlines/radio towers/cell towers are throwing it off?

But all my friends' wah pedals work fine, my amps work fine, my other pedals when I use them work fine...

Just my wah...

It makes this annoying "blooOOOOOP" noise as you sweep it. It's the most irritating thing I've ever heard.

are you sure you have it hooked up right? as in, the jacks arent switched around. did you try it in different parts of your effects chain? did you try it at home?
