What do you guys think? ones getting hotter than the others, as long as ur amp sounds fine it shouldn't be an issue. there might be less air ventelation, or maybe the tube is different, but if the amp sounds fine it shold be fine, unless it overheats Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Members HKSblade1 Posted January 25, 2007 Members Share Posted January 25, 2007 if its filaments, there may be nothing wrong. I've had tubes with some change in visible filament brightness. If the larger area of the tube is brighter red, you have problems. If the glow is a orange or violet when vol high, the tubes may glow slightly diff in brightness not always a defect.
