how can you list FJA's website for clips of a stock unit ???

I've got my FJA modded Rockmaster up on the bay ... I didn't ask Jerry for permission to post his site ( I guess thinking about it... the more hits the better for business )

but I didn't list the actual site . I just said clips can be found at FJA 's website .

Now someone else is selling a stock one ... 2 days behind mine .

He lists the HC for reviews ( I can understand that )

then he lists FJA ( the actual site ) for clips .

 

Isn't that false advertising ??? I've been to Jerry's site a million times . I don't ever remember seeing clips or hearing clips of a stock one .
