And GCX + Ground Control.Maybe a 2X12 cab too. I could get a used VHT CL100 for the same price I could sell my Cobra (I found a great deal), and if I don't like it sell it and get a new Cobra. Members telephant Posted March 14, 2007 Members Share Posted March 14, 2007 Having trouble deciding on whether to go with a 65 Deluxe Reverb reissue or a vibrolux. I'd consider an ac-30, but I am going to A/B it with my Splawn Quick Rod for the clean stuff, and would like to try and keep the amp in a smaller package due to the small stages we usually end up playing on. Athough I might be hoping to be able to plop my Maxon OD-9 or something like that in front of it and get away with just the combo at some of the smaller places for dirt and clean, instead of hauling the Quick Rod around.Vibrolux.
