Members savethegibbons
Right now I'm simply using my V-amp2 direct into my line in and balancing the levels appropriately and have been for a couple of years. What I wonder is, should I be using a DI box, or does the V-amp2 already include such functionality? I really have no idea. I'm probably about to get an SM57 (Been waay too long in getting one) also, so anyone know some cheapish mic preamp/DI box for that?
Members the russ
the V-amp provides line-level signal, but you can use a DI if you want to run the signal into something that accepts XLR inputs, like a nice preamp. they sound nicer going through a preamp than straight in.
