Members Michael McGlenn
I just got my Marshall JMP-1 and I love the OD1 old plexi mode. Now I want to boost the gain of it up a bit. Not really looking for a volume boost for leads but more of a front end driver to kick in extra gain. The OD2 channel is fine for liquid leads, but is not as tight and big as the OD1 for heavy rhythms.Essentially I just want More of OD1!! Boosta Grande?MXR Bradshaw Boost?Tube Screamer?Marshall Guv'nor + ?
Members Neilrocks25
I use a SD-1 But a Marshall guv'ner (original not re-issue) I am guessing would sound great! And OD2 sucks on the JMP1 IMO

Thru my Mesa 50/50 it Rawks! I just want More of it! OD2 is too mushy/compressed for rhythms.
