Members TheAmazingBlob Posted February 17, 2008 Members Share Posted February 17, 2008 My wrists will sometimes get sore if I practice hardcore for too long.The only time I really injured my wrist, though, was when I was trying to pick super-fast triplets (a la Iced Earth), when I had {censored}ty form and didn't warm up.
