a couple questions about that legal crap that we all have to worry about

question 1: i'm checking out posting music, but i'm a bit worried about using the psuedonym i'm going to use on my album release. i haven't bought the servicemark for my name, but i don't know if i'm worrying too much. i'm just curious to see who in here who regularly posts their music has it all copyright protected and has their names covered, too.

 

question 2: does anyone know if you can copyright your musical ideas on an mp3 disk? i've done all my copyright registration in the past on disks using the standard WAV files, but i want to fit more on the disk. (for 30 bucks a shot, i want to get the most out of it i can) any thoughts?
