I am looking for a song that my Dad heard on TV. It was a live concert of a female artist.. I wanna say someone like Joni Mitchell or something like that. She played a song (which my Dad thinks was a cover song) about the life of an opening band. Apparently the song was all about how it's tough to be the opening act.. Does anyone have any idea what artist this was and what song this might be? I am trying to find it as a gift for my father.. thanks for any help!
