We've got 10 mixes competing and not a lot of regulars to vote (only 12 votes at this point). Overall volume is something that is taken care of in mastering, so please don't let it affect your opinions of the mixing. Thanks for checking it out! It takes a bit of time to go through them all, but I think it becomes pretty interesting just how different two (or ten) mixes of the same tracks can sound! There is a lot more variation than I thought there'd be. And let's face it, if you're on HC on a Friday night, you've got nothing but time...
