Members jeracuda Posted February 21, 2009 Members Share Posted February 21, 2009 I have a EH holy grail reverb at the end of my pedal chain. My pedals are run through my effects loop. Everything sounds great until I turn on the reverb. When clean it sounds great, when distorted it is altering my tone. I'm losing tone and attack. My delay and chorus don't do this. Members GaijinGweilo Posted February 21, 2009 Members Share Posted February 21, 2009 right at the end after everything, if not, in the fx loop & reverb doesn't go too well into an overdriven channel, cleans only usually(for an overdrive-with-reverb tone you'd need a distortion pedal to go in before the reverb, then into the clean amp) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
