Members fatfat
Cool clips. I like the Greenies in the mix. Although the GT75s are mixed a little better in there... more present.
Members Robert W
They're definitely a good mix. The T75s sound pretty good on their own, but the addition of the Greens adds some nice definition to your tone. Have you tried the G12 100s yet? Members Cap'n Ahole
G12T-100's are more of a higher powered G12T-75. Although they do have tonal differences... I mean why would they step up a 75w speaker to 100w, unless they had other motives, & the frequency curve is different. Just for the hell of it, here's how Celestion shows them: G12T100 G12T75 Greenback V30 G12K-
Members colejustesen
how does the G12K100 fit into this mix of these speakers? I thought the G12-K100 was the higher power G12-T75 The reason I ask about the K100 is that I was thinking about putting it in a 1x12 cabinet. Thanks, sorry to hijack the thread. Cole K100 is its own animal according to Celestion. It has the big magnet & massive lows, strong mids.. Ive heard one in a 1x12 & it sounded great! Im sure it depends on your amp & what youre after. I just put ITS freq curve in that post i did with the others, but Id go search some clips.
