I use JJ EL84's which can be got pretty cheaply anywhere and are very nice sounding. For EL34's I prefer big bottle 6CA7's which my local music shop happens to keep in stock. Never used Watford Valves. Their NOS stock has dried up quite a bit, and for regular brands you can get them for cheaper elsewhere. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
