Members paintkilz Posted May 29, 2009 Members Share Posted May 29, 2009 well find... us some spacegrass lay low, watch the universe expand. i got to load gear in/out for these guys a couple weeks ago, and a plus since ive been listening to them for about 10yrs now....one of the few bands i STILL listen too that i dont mind maturing and going with the flow...to watch them go from transitional speedway to beale street is amazing... and they love their tones:love:as do i! It was before they released Live at the Googolplex or Slow Hole to China so like 30 people there knew the song from an interview they did on british radio. It was kinda cool being able to look back into the crowd and spot the few people freaking out and singing along amidst the confused headbangers. I was up front and Neil kept coming over to me and the guy next to me every time they played a less popular song, just to see if we were still singing. Gave us a "good job, i'm impressed" chat after the set. I have no clue who that guy was, but we hung out for the whole show and talked music for a bit between bands... also: in before someone claims to be him.
