Members jlc1587 Posted June 20, 2009 Members Share Posted June 20, 2009 I got the chance to buy a mesa pre amp for dirt cheap. Don't need the thing at all but it's really cheap. Already own a triple rectifier. This is one of the rectifier pre amps. I don't own a power amp. Is there anyway to plug it in the fx loop and use the 6505 power amp without using the 6505 pre amp? I know you can use another amps power amp with one amps pre amp but I'm not sure how to go about any of that. How is it going to make the 6505 pre amp go away or is there no way to get it to go away?
