Members khastra_ksc Posted August 22, 2009 Members Share Posted August 22, 2009 Sooooo..... I am thinking about modifying my G-Flex to a 1x12/1x15. Cutting the baffle board in half to straighten it, and turn it on its side so it is vertical. I haven't decided for sure if I wanna do it... But I was just wondering if straightening the baffle board would be too difficult or unnecessary. Would it be better to just keep it the way it is, but place the 15" in? I thought the 15" would make more bass on the bottom... I just came up with this idea... Maybe its completely crazy. What do you guys think? I have been using it as an acoustic cab and want the extended freq. of a 15 added without extra baggage... Plus I wanna experiment... I was also thinking of sealing the 12" and the 15" speakers.
