Members Mr Lucky Pants
Looking for suggestions for a doublecut guitar w/ tremolo that doesn't have that quack that the Stratocaster has inspired. Not that there's anything wrong with that...but, I'm looking for something without that plinkity plink, snappity snap...for lack of a better explanation. Like Joe Bonamassa says, you can make a raft out of Fender Stratocaster's and they'll still sound like SRV's 'Cold Shot'. Looking for something that can get real ballsy, yet articulate. Thanks in advance.

Members Mr Lucky Pants
Ibanez much? Well, I have a couple that I never play anymore...the neck is too thin on the 6-string I have and I don't know...just doesn't sound real resonant to me.
