Members Sex Panther
Bounce the pick until it's right under the soundhole, and then flip it over as quickly as possible. I have it down to a science. Takes me about 5 seconds.
Members Road.Kill
...this topic came up, as it recently happened to my daughter and her friend. Friend brought over an old Alverez (sp?) acoustic a relative loaned her so she could learn to play. I can hear them in the kitchen ooohing and ahhhing over it, getting all wound up at the idea of practicing together (daughter is a newb bass player), and then dead silence. Seems one of the rocket scientists dropped the pick inside, it's kind of trapped under some edge in the bracing or something, and now they're mentally running through every solution logical to two 16 year-old girls. I walk in the kitchen just in time to watch the grand retrieval, as my little darling plunks a fresh blob of chewing gum on the end of a ruler and fishes the pick out. Friend pulls off the pick, plucks off the gum, and pops it in her mouth without missing a beat. I'm pretty sure even the dog was grossed out.
