I am not a huge scotch snob but I have my favorites - as far as cheap stuff i do dewars black label or jw black. head to head with finer or rarer scotches I have not found anything that can really out taste oban 18, 32 or maccallen 25 - nothing and as for the blends the jw blue label is not touchable. for a great single malt isle/highland I like oban 14 but that bottle is double the cost of jw black or chivas i dont know of any plastic bottle variety scotch that is any good -if any of you know of any then please share!
