Members homemade
i'd like to put a fuzz/distortion in the tone pot location on my tele. i'm pretty sure i've heard of expensive ready made units, but does anyone have any ideas for a DIY version? i'm really just thinking of more of a light overdrive. Members olcircuits
You could take an existing OD circuit and whittle it down to what you need. However, the ones you can buy are made with surface-mount components and are a fraction of the size you could make at home.

Members ThomasD
Even homemade fuzz circuits can be made pretty small (the GFS or other's that use surface mount technology are positively tiny) , combined with a push pull pot it should easily fit in a Tele cavity. The real problem is where to fit the battery...
