Members mgcasella
Hello, I recently bought a set of D'Addario EXL158 Light Baritone Electric Guitar Strings (13 - 62) for my guitar because I tune to b. I really want to use the strings but my 62 gauge b string will not go through the Sperzel opening. I checked and the thumbscrew was completed loosened and the string hole in the tuner was wide open Is there anything I can do? Could I drill a larger hole using the smaller hole as a guide? Should I just go back to using a 56 gauge string for the low b? Thanks! -Matt
Members Wolfeman28
I have a 70 through my sperzel. Just drill out out slightly. It drills like a knife through butter, very quick.
