Members etcetera Posted June 25, 2007 Members Share Posted June 25, 2007 (Reposted from "Live Sound" forum) Yes, I can afford to buy new ones and I could try to paint chrome but the easiest way is to buy $1.50 (US) plastic shower curtain rod covers. I'm sure I don't have to say to buy black and not white or beige. Cut the cover down to the right size and there you go. The cover does not fit the boom or the telescoping part. I guess since the telescope part is stored closed it does not usually rust. "Bed, bath and beyond" is the only place I know which still sells them. Walmart stopped 2 years ago. Take care, Etcetera.
