Members bohemoth
a few years ago i had a boss super overdrive and a boss metal zone. to power them i used just any old 9v dc converter, not knowing any better. I fried something inside of them and want to fix them now. They sound the same as they always did if i use the same 9v dc converter and doesn't really work with a 9v battery. I figured this is probably a common problem, what are some place to start looking?

Members Prog
Keep in mind that battery operated pedals don't have a power supply. That's what the battery or the wall-wart is.
