What a huge difference in how I *think* about my strat now. I used to never, ever use the bridge pickup by itself because it was so shrill. In fact, I rarely used the bridge and middle pickup in combo. Now I'm actually growing to LIKE the sound of the bridge pickup (with tone dialed down)!
