Members iblastoff Posted June 10, 2011 Members Share Posted June 10, 2011 pretty sure the reverb tank in my vox ac30cch head is busted. the rca connectors seem fine and secure. when i turn the reverb all the way up and smack the amp i don't hear any sort of spring noise. is there any other way to troubleshoot besides taking the entire chassis out? i can't reach the reverb tank 'bag' screws since the chassis is in the way. also, assuming its the tank, what model # of replacement reverb should i get for this head? i assume i should stick with accutronics. i'm not that anal about reverb type as long as it works. any help would be appreciated.
