There is only one place in the country that has all this: Texas.....more specifically Austin or Dallas/Fort Worth. Something 30% of all private sector jobs in the US are being created in Texas alone. Not really Japan unless you can speak the language VERY well to be a game designer. You might be surprised but the UK has a big game industry it might be worth checking that out.
