Members civicbud
http://soundcloud.com/quackersandcheese/high-gain-royal-atlantic-clip This is through my Rivera Silent Sister with an SM 57 and the Celestion G12-T75 speaker. The amp is using the 12 db soak and is set fricken loud! Seriously, very fricken loud. I am using the db to get some power tube breakup in the mix as well. No compression or any other post effects added. Just the amp and my stock Gibson SG Standard. Enjoy.

Members civicbud
Here is another clip of the amp with no soak: http://soundcloud.com/quackersandcheese/high-gain-royal-atlantic The settings on this are: Master @ 11:00, Bass @ 10:00, Mids @ 1:30, Treble @ 11:00, Gain @ 3:00. This is not a master volume amp. I can't imagine pushing the master, with the gain this high, past 11:00. It is FRICKEN LOUD!
