Members dr_love6977 Posted October 25, 2011 Members Share Posted October 25, 2011 Hey guys, I've got a 2 channel Dual Rectifier that I've been having troubles with as of late. Sometimes it gives off a really loud noise/hum and the guitar signal will turn to sludge. If I turn the amp completely off and back on, it will go away, but comes back again. A few power cycles generally gets rid of the problem. I've checked for microphonic tubes, but they're absolutely fine once the problem's gone. Any ideas? Members dr_love6977 Posted October 26, 2011 Author Members Share Posted October 26, 2011 Alright, I checked it on both channels, with the fx loop on and off, and with rectification in SS and tube. It does it no matter what, just a little quieter on the green channel. Also, in this video, the volume on both channels is at 0. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
