Members ripton
Whoever would think that an EVH sig amp would bring such teh br00tz?? +1000 I've thought the same thing before. EVH is not only known for his playing but for having one of the most popular/heaviest amps EVER!!
Members DracoAran
90% of musicians in LA know nothing about this fkn board. I think the 5150 is popular because of the artists that have publicly used or endorsed the product, officially or not. There's also the EVH name and so on. Members benjamin801
This.I think Peavey has only sold like three 5150s and they just get whored around the forums. This. And of the three, two have been modified by JerryP*, so the lone fully stock 5150 left in the world is, in fact, the ultimate collector's item. * Dude, it sounds like 100x better than a stock 5150! Um...want to buy it off me?
