Members RIFFMASTER
I have a laney aor pro tube 50 for my main amp, but I need an amp for practice at home, and small gigs (it gets tiresome to lug my half stack to smaller bars and stuff). I want to buy new for about $200, I really only use two things clean and dirty just like my laney. I play classic rock to metal i.e. acdc, alice in chains, metallica, tool, zz top and the list go's on forever... I was looking on musicians friend and was most interested in the: Kustom KG212FX 30W, but I was also looking at the peavey vyper 30, and the fender mustang 2, and the marshall mg30fx, and the Vox Valvetronix VT40+ 40W, and the roland cube 40xl, and the Behringer GTX60 60W 1x12, and the rocktron v30d, and the line 6 spyder 30, and the randall rx dmi25. There all about $200 new, so what do you think would best suit my needs? Thanks a lot for your time and input, it's much appritiated.

Members jds22
New, Fender Mustang. The Vypyrs are great sounding amps but have had some reliability issues. I have the 75 and I wouldn't feel confident gigging with it.
Members Cibyl
Get a used Roland Blues Cube 30w 1x12. Really killer sounding SS amp.
Members boonestunes
Hughes Kettner. I use an old HK Tour Reverb- 3 channels- 2 eq, reverb, 12" speaker, really lightweight. Very "tube" sounding.
