Members Miter Gauge Posted August 29, 2012 Members Share Posted August 29, 2012 A lot of my recordings kind of sound sterile/strident. I've tried some distressor plug-ins and they help but I'm still not happy. I've been thinking about exporting my vox to a guitar amp and recording them on another track then syncing and panning the original track along with the reamped track. I'm thinking about doing the same thing with the bass tracks (at a very low volume so I don't blow my speakers). Anyone else do this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
