Vid of my band, get in and critique !

So we're doing a battle of the bands type of contest and we won the first round.

Next round will be harder and I'm looking for tips to help us improve our game.

We're doing heavy/power/prog metal with clean vocals.

I know it's not perfect and that's the whole point of this ... so help me identify what would be the easiest / most rewarding things to work on first !
