Members Thomas4024
I have a Peavey Classic 30 (manufactured in December of 2006) and when I turn the Volume + Bass up high while i play there will be a popping/crackling sound. At lower volumes it seems to be fine.Any idea what this could be ?
Members Thomas4024
Could it be the Tubes? or the speaker going bad?

Members HKSblade2
Could be a tube, loose tube socket (s), bad internal solder connections, intermittent jack on the input or any send returns in fx loops if you have one. You can jump out the fx loop using a simple instrument or patch cable.
