Members DarkHorseJ27
I have a Crate TX50 that was modded by the previous owner. It has a cord that comes out that you can plug into and power the receiver of a wireless system off of the amp's internal battery. My wife and I took in a kitten that was going to be abandoned, but the little thing has yet to learn not to chew on cords. Unfortunately, it has chewed through to cord in question. I am thinking about selling the amp, and would like to remove the cord if I do. How do I remove the cord?

Members mike42
Don't know a thing about your amp, but I would guess if this is a 9 volt line to power some accessory device it may well use a plug-in connector inside the amp. You may be able to just pull the plug at the circuit board inside the amp.
