Members Mikemtm Posted February 6, 2010 Members Share Posted February 6, 2010 The 5150 has 4 power tubes. I had a problem with one of the power tubes. The 3rd tube sounded like it was going to explode. I shut the amp down immediately. I retubed the amp. I have the adjustable bias mod. As a result I was checking the bias and tubes 1 and 3 don't register at all, and they barely heat up. Anyone have any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
