Members ian6string Posted December 23, 2003 Members Share Posted December 23, 2003 Hmm...I wonder if I can take apart one of these here vocal mics (that I had laying around) and hardwire it into my Ibanez AEF-18. My guitar already has a piezo fishman pickup system installed, but that sounded like crap when ya hit a palm mute, just not natural sounding I guess. SO now that the mic is installed, it doesnt sound as good as I think it should, I'm going to play around with positioning inside of the body of the guitar, but does anyone have a recommendation of which kind of mic to install inside of an acoustic?
