Im really getting into DADGAD, when Im writing stuff it usually comes out souning kind of celtic'y. There's definately a really ethereal quality to the tuning. Im going to try and get celtic/sounding band together. It's funny, I had to play guitar for my grandparents this xmas. When I played Metallica they didnt get it, when I played Villa Lobos on my classical guitar they kinda got it but when I played in DADGAD I got a MUCH better response.
