Members hojuw
I have a soundhole pickup that I use in my steel string acoustic. I have been wanting to purchase a classical guitar and was wondering if the pickup would work the nylon strings.
Members F-holes
Probably not. Magnetic pick-ups are made to sense the disturbance of a magnetic field. Non metal strings like nylon or gut will not alter the field. Surface mounted pick-ups read direct vibration. You can press one against your throat and it will sort of respond like a microphone when you speak. That is most likely what you will need.
