Members confuseitall Posted February 15, 2004 Members Share Posted February 15, 2004 I was just in a small music shop playing a Martin that has presented some mystery: The guitar is priced at $562 they claim the list is ~$750 There is a serious hump behind the bridge, a bit much for a new guitar. I can't find this specific guitar on Martin's Website or at sites like Musician's Friend.My dad thinks it's a counterfeit, he says now way would Martin let a guitar out of the factory with a hump like that behind the bridge. The detail is not very well done......what do you guys think? Is it a knock-off? Is it a badly made Martin? Why can't I find it online?
