Members confuseitall
I saw some brand new Seagull S6 guitars on ebay today from a company called Guitar Connections. I know I want the seagull but have hesitations about buying a guitar I've never seen in person. They claim the guitar is gauranteed to arrive in good condition, should I do it? Members LittleBrother
It's hard to say but Ebay ratings are a pretty good gauge. Also you are buying with a credit card. That protects you a little. If you can call them on the phone and actually speak with humans that is also a positive thing. I don't like to buy on Ebay though unless I have heard that model/brand before and have a real good idea what I am getting. Tough call.
Members confuseitall
actually, I found an S6 for $50 more in my area. It's at a shop I've dealt with before and I'll probably save that much in shipping and peace of mind...... ....now I just need to sell a couple microphones..... Members woody b
You'd probably be better off buying a Seagull locally. I think Seagull sell factory seconds and some of these end up on Ebay. I think the seconds are usually stamped "used" of "second" on the back of the headstock.
