Anyone here happen to know what this piece is and who wrote it? As MitchG indicated, the video of the classical guitarist is indeed Paganini Caprice #24. Although I'm not generally not a big fan of Elliot Fisk's playing, he does have a jaw-dropping recording of all 24 of Paganini's Caprices. Worth a listen....
