Members tinfish Posted October 15, 2008 Members Share Posted October 15, 2008 I just recently switched back to acoustic from bass (in my band) it's just an acoustic and a full drum kit, and I'm running straight to the board. currently running through (in order) BBE optical compressor (don't know how I ever lived without this little miracle) boss tuner, boss bass chorus, and aphex bass exciter (works great for acoustic too!) here's my issue...I know I want to replace the chorus with something, I don't know...a little bolder, stonger, out there sounding? and I think I may want some kind of tube in my signal chain to warm things up before they hit the board....Suggestions?
