Members Tom McHale
I posted this in a different forum, but thought it might be better suited here. I'm looking to buy a drum machine for my 12 year-old son. He took an interest in my old Ensoniq EPS-16 keyboard and started to compose rhythm tracks and songs, but quickly grew frustrated with the old technology, glitches, and confusing manual. So, I was thinking of buying him a drum machine that has bass sounds, can be battery powered, and is easy to use, but after 20 years out of the loop the scene is a little confusing. I was looking at the Alesis SR-16, Boss DR-3, and Zoom 246, but reading online reviews left me more confused than when I started. Could anyone help me out with this? I'm looking to spend around $200.Thanks
