Members DCS
I am sure most here know of Bob Taylor's book Guitar Lessons, but if not, it is a good read. I believe it was published in 2011 so this is certainly not new. I just finished it and I have to say that I have a little more respect for Taylor Guitars than I had before I read it. I currently have one Taylor that I like very much and got rid of one several years ago that had a tonal value that did nothing for me. I have never been a cheer leader for the brand, but the story of the company that Bob tells in the book is certainly well worth reading and the early years of working long hours and not getting paid mirror almost every success story I have read. If you are a builder, there is a lot in the book for you as well.
